Friday, Sept. 26

9 a.m. – Door knock day

10 p.m. – MSU Housing and Food Services provide meal to workers

Monday, Sept. 29

All day – COBRA management teams from MSU Construction Management will be at site. 10-person student teams will act as “assistant supervisors” on site through the duration of the project.

6 p.m. – MSU Housing and Food Services provide meal to workers

Wednesday, Oct. 1

All day – COBRA management teams from MSU Construction Management will be at site. 10-person student teams will act as “assistant supervisors” on site through the duration of the project.

6 a.m. – MSU Landscape Architecture students will work on layout and installation of project landscaping. This 30-hour process is expected to be completed by noon Thursday.

6 p.m. – MSU Housing and Food Services provide meal to workers

Thursday, Oct. 2

6 a.m. – MSU Landscape Architecture students will work on layout and installation of project landscaping. This 30-hour process is expected to be completed by noon Thursday.

6 p.m. MSU VIP dinner

Overnight – MSU Interior Design students will assist with move-in night. Two shifts of 10 students each will help set up the interior furnishings.

11 a.m. – 3 p.m. – Move the Bus Day. Expect a lot of green and white in the crowd and some special MSU involvement!
