Background on ballot initiatives

Two statewide proposals will be on the Nov. 4 general election ballot.

Michigan State University Extension's State and Local Government Program has published a bulletin describing the proposals and giving the official language, the background and a policy discussion, including the differing viewpoints on each issue.
